- After February 10, rates will be $250 for a session attendee ticket. You can register online or at the door.
- Symposium registration provides access to the sessions, lunches and trade show. A separate ticket is needed for the dinner, technical tasting and Spanish session.
- A confirmation will be sent after registering online.
Membership

Symposium Badges
- If you have pre-registered, you may pick up your badge at the registration area at the Oregon Convention Center outside the Portland Ballroom, level 2.
- Your name and company, as provided on your registration, will be on your badge. Please register using your name as you want it printed on your badge.
- Your Symposium badge will be needed for entry into the sessions, lunches, and tradeshow.
- Separate tickets will be provided for the dinner and technical tastings as purchased..
One-Day Registration
- We do not offer one-day registration. Symposium passes can be shared if you cannot attend each day.
Spanish-Language Sessions
- This session includes entry to lunch and trade show on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
Payment
- By registering online, you can choose to pay by credit card or by check.
- If paying by check, please make payable to “Oregon Wine Board” and mail to: 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 400, Portland OR 97209. Your confirmation email will serve as your invoice.
Cancellations/Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Oregon Wine Board and be faxed, emailed (info@oregonwine.org) or postmarked by February 10, 2012 to receive a refund. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is received.
- If received before February 10, 2012, a refund of the registration amount will be given minus a 10% service fee.
- Cancellations after February 10, 2012 will not be entitled to any refund.
- The Oregon Wine Board will not be responsible for notices that are not received.
- Substitutions may be made at any time.
- Please note: a no-show to the event and/or non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
