Overview:
Charming hosts Deborah & Jean-Jacques Chatelard preside over this tiny slice of the Left Bank in Historical Downtown McMinnville. The only difference between Bistro Maison and a real Parisian bistro is the larger portions (moule frites and coq au vin are stupendous choices) plus a liberal wine tasting policy from their list of local and European favorites. Cozy up in the bustling dining room or head out to the beautifully landscaped enclosed `jardin` patio for saffron rich bouillabaisse, escargot and other knockout bistro staples.
